Processing & Delivery
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Preorders
Products marked as “Preorder” are purchased before inventory is ready for immediate shipment. The estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays may occasionally occur. If your tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
